  Job description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Liaise with coconut, fruit, and spice farmers, and engage with new farmers. • Strengthening the backward integration programs for the coconut, fruit, and spice supply chain. • Maintaining organic standards & quality of the product • Promoting technology adoption for organic cultivation to enhance land productivity and yields. • Providing assistance and training on post-harv est techniques for coconut, fruits, and spices. • Collaborates with external parties to enhance agricultural supply chain activities.
